📋 Description

• Support and manage onshore activities related to the EPLUS product built on the Salesforce platform • Quickly learn and understand EPLUS product functionality • Work closely with customers • Coordinate with internal offshore teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution • Serve as the primary onshore point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and the Salesforce.org team • Manage stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and escalation • Work across multiple time zones in a remote work environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform • 5+ years in a client-facing Salesforce Consultant role • Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills • 5+ years supporting Salesforce-based products and healthcare platforms • Ability to quickly learn new product features and business workflows • Experience coordinating between onshore and offshore teams • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Sales Cloud preferred • Experience working with distributed/global teams preferred • Ability to work EST time zone • Candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
