📋 Description

• Verify applicable federal and state licensing documentation to release orders for prescription products • Review Rx and controlled substance pending orders to verify customer registration and license information • Contact customers to request updated DEA and/or state license copies • Update account information for quick release of pending orders • Open accounts or create additional subaccounts on existing accounts as required • Close accounts that are no longer valid • Reprocess orders when a controlled drug is entered on the wrong ship-to address • Review and activate new customer accounts • Review potentially fraudulent orders and communicate with external department contacts as needed • Contact customers for proper documentation and additional information • Interact with customer service and sales regarding customer orders • Participate in special projects and perform other required duties

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 2 or more years of related experience • Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training (preferred) • Very good time management skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines • Very good attention to detail and accuracy • Customer service orientation and ability to work with complex issues • Ability to plan and arrange activities • Very good interpersonal communication skills • Very good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to multi-task • Ability to establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organization
