📋 Description

• Leads special initiatives, small to mid-scale initiatives, and ad-hoc activities • Collaborates and coordinates with internal business partners, contributors, and subject matter experts • Participates in product driven workgroups to provide input to product designs/enhancements • Works closely with cross functional teams in implementing new products, business implementations, • Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to a project or assignment • Keeps all areas of the corporation informed through written and oral reports • Serves as the subject matter expert on product requirements to other business units • Participates in the CMS Bid Planning and Submission processes • Research and Analyze Market Trends

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical ability required • Ability to work cross-functionally across departments • Ability to adapt to constant change and competing priorities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Must be able to think strategically while managing tactical execution • Excellent organizational/project management skills • Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines • 1-2 years’ experience with Managed Care Plans and Medicare Plans
