The company provides advisory and analytic services such as financial and administrative audits, plan management reviews, request-for-proposal (RFP) support, plan design analysis, vendor service comparisons, fraud and abuse management, retail/mail structure assessments, implementation accuracy checks, contract and pricing recommendations, invoice validation, report recommendations, outsource vs. in-house analysis, and rebate audits.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified interim and transitional nursing leaders • Source talent through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and collaboration with internal teams • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate leadership professionals against HealthLinx standards • Manage leader onboarding, including background checks, license verification, reference checks, and documentation • Maintain ongoing communication with banked leaders to assess availability and opportunities • Present qualified leaders for interim, transitional, project management, and consulting engagements • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within company databases and systems • Collaborate closely with leadership and service delivery teams to meet organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 2 years of phone-based sales, B2B sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations • Advanced degree (preferred) • Professional recruiting certifications or related credentials (preferred) • Experience sourcing, recruiting, or managing professional-level talent pipelines (preferred)
