📋 Description

• Process medical record requests • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Report directly to the Processing Manager • Assist with overflow processing due to high-volume or coverage issues • Abide by HIPAA guidelines while ensuring confidentiality of PHI • Process all requests within 24–48 hours of receipt for assigned accounts • Provide feedback regarding request volume and perceived issues • Monitor incoming requests received through various means • Perform general office duties • Report suspected unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of PHI to the Privacy Officer or Information Security team
