HealthX Partners is a consortium of organizations dedicated to advancing global health outcomes and promoting health equity. It was founded by Population Services International (PSI) and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) and brings together expertise to innovate in integrated healthcare services, systems strengthening, sustainability, and local leadership. The group operates globally (examples noted in Kenya, Ethiopia, DR Congo) and addresses family planning, HIV prevention and treatment, TB, malaria, sanitation, maternal and child health, and digital-first women-centered care through VIYA Health. PSI’s 2023 reach and EGPAF’s program footprint (including over 35 million pregnant women reached and work in 19 countries) are part of the consortium’s combined capabilities.

📋 Description

• Provide timely, practical, and well-reasoned compliance review and advice to PSI staff on donor rules, interpretation, and framing • Support compliance questions primarily through a ticket-based help desk function • Strengthen the capacity and confidence of global staff to independently complete compliance reviews • Design and deliver a discrete, time-bound training and support series • Support revision and maintenance of PSI compliance tools, including subaward management tools • Support finalization of USG-terminated awards and other USG-related compliance scopes of work • Submit monthly progress reports on help-desk tickets and observations • Complete and report on a capacity-strengthening training plan and activities • Provide monthly progress reports on tool revisions, USG-related scopes of work, and other compliance requests • Coordinate with PSI Compliance Staff • Participate in biweekly check-ins throughout the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with donor compliance requirements relevant to PSI's funding base, including USG, foundations, and multilateral institutions • Experience designing or delivering compliance training or capacity-strengthening support, ideally in global settings • Strong analytical and writing skills • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance • Experience with subaward or subgrant management tools and processes • Ability to coordinate with team members for meetings, updates, and coordination • Resume submission with daily rate included • Available for an approximately 11-month engagement • Estimated availability of 15–20 hours per week across 48 weeks
