📋 Description

• Prepare listings for launch as live auctions • Create inventory of seller submission data and photos • Organize photos according to BaT standards • Work with sellers and team members to add informational updates to listings • Serve as the point of contact for sellers during initial listing creation through auction go-live • Respond to sellers in a timely and professional manner • Answer customer questions, provide advice or tips, and address seller concerns • Handle and prioritize a large queue of listings in various pre-auction stages • Shepherd listings through the system and maintain expertise on listing history as other teams work on them • Complete the assigned work queue daily • Perform additional duties and projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including motivation, integrity, and warmth • Ability to manage many stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Ability to resolve conflict independently with patience and empathy and know when to ask for guidance • Flexible and eager attitude toward helping with company needs as they arise • Interest in the vehicles featured on BaT is a plus • Background in technical writing, customer work in the auto space, or auto mechanics with a love of writing is encouraged
