📋 Description

• Prepare patients for physician visits • Connect with patients and ensure video and audio function properly • Add interpreters as needed • Obtain signed telehealth consent forms • Obtain photos of insurance cards • Take medical information over the phone • Document medical history, medications, dosing, and primary complaint • Obtain baseline vitals and verify baseline labs • Conduct KCCQ surveys • Answer incoming calls • Make confirmation calls for upcoming appointments • Perform chart checks and chart preparation before patient visits • Schedule follow-up appointments and labs • Identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation • Execute policies that promote the best patient experience • Support patients and providers in a fully remote virtual clinic environment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required • 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, including providing virtual care to patients • Exceptional people skills • Excellent communication skills • Outstanding organization and multitasking skills • Detail-oriented, with a focus on process • Self-driven and excited to support new technology • Fast learner who is flexible and adaptable • Passion for delivering an outstanding patient experience • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM MST
