📋 Description

• Assess the customer lifecycle and optimize coronary CT programs for customer success • Identify improvements and recommend changes to enhance quality acceptance rates during onboarding • Ensure customers implement necessary changes for continuous optimization of Heartflow products • Conduct virtual and live training for technologists through product demonstrations, one-on-one sessions, and group training • Establish credibility and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Maintain customer contacts, CT volume, engagement logs, training records, and other documentation in Heartflow systems • Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions about Heartflow analyses • Maintain knowledge of CT and workstation technology, training methodologies, and training materials • Build and execute plans to optimize customer performance and identify improvement opportunities • Travel to customer sites in the assigned geography

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of cardiac CT • Strong communication skills and demonstrated success in building relationships • Associate degree in radiology, technology or related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience • Must have active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certified in Radiology • Ability to travel up to 80% • Ability to take periodic on-call responsibilities
