• Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in online performance and presence • Identify, test, and scale new digital acquisition channels • Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms • Monitor budgets, optimize ad performance, and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) • Generate and communicate analytic reports • Oversee and enhance the hotel's search engine optimization (SEO) efforts • Develop and execute content marketing strategies • Ensure our hotel's websites remain visually appealing, user-friendly, and technically optimized • Attend Corporate, Brand and ownership meetings as requested in support of digital strategy and projects
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field • A minimum 3 years’ of experience in managing digital campaigns/performance marketing • Experience with Google Analytics, Smartsheet’s, Search Console and Looker (formerly Google) Data Studio reports • Background in search engine optimization pay-per-click advertising display advertising and email marketing • Experience delivering against strict CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ROI targets • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify relevant data and leverage to positively impact hotel revenues • Ability to effectively communicate and influence at Property, Brand, Regional and Corporate level
