📋 Description

• Provide reservations and revenue management support to assigned hotels • Build and monitor group masters, cutoff dates, and group cancellations • Release unused rooms at the determined time • Process group or contract rooming lists and miscellaneous reservation requests • Input and retrieve data using a computer reservation system and efficiency codes • Read, retrieve, communicate, and verify reservation information, including confirmation numbers • Calculate and prepare room reports to determine sources of business • Build rates in brand systems and PMS • Audit rates in OTAs • Process commissions • Handle hotel closure relocations and reservation transfers • Assist with implementation of base strategies • Run revenue management-related reports • Communicate clear direction to staff verbally and in writing • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience with 1+ year of hotel background preferred • Brand experience with Marriott, Hilton, or Opera/Windsurfer reservations preferred • Ability to effectively deal with customers requiring patience, tact, and diplomacy • Ability to access, read, and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Ability to sit for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to input data at a minimum of 40 WPM on a computer keyboard with or without reasonable accommodation • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills required • Must be available to work regularly and comply with attendance rules of a remote employee • Must meet quarterly balance sheet score standards provided by supervisor
