📋 Description

• Maximize sales and reach sales targets based on customer insights for brands in the defined territory • Develop and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders • Develop and implement plans to secure sales targets • Acquire marketplace knowledge for brands in the territory • Gather and interpret data and insights through customer and stakeholder interaction and other sources • Identify and assess market opportunities and decide on tactics with the local team • Share market knowledge and customer insights internally • Execute and continuously revise regional and brand plans • Analyze and follow up on sales, activities, and spending • Initiate and execute customer activities • Identify and interact with customers and relevant stakeholders in the territory • Share best-practice initiatives • Collaborate with the local BU team, including Marketing, Medical, Patient Access/Engagement, Sales Force, and other Service functions • Work with cross-functional teams and private practice-based treaters and nurses

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales • Strong understanding of the German healthcare system and local market dynamics • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Highly self-motivated and organized • Ability to work independently in a field-based setting • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region, including overnight stays • Fluency in German • Good command of English • Ability to demonstrate behaviors aligned with Sobi's core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership, and Partnership
