📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner. • Provide accurate information, assistance, or follow-up according to established guidelines. • Document call outcomes clearly and accurately in internal systems. • Resolve basic customer inquiries or escalate issues when necessary. • Meet productivity and quality standards. • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in call center, customer service, or similar roles (preferred). • Clear verbal communication skills. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Strong time-management and reliability. • Professional fluency in the required working language (English or Spanish, depending on assignment).
