📋 Description

• Develop new bioinformatics capabilities to expand use cases and drive volume • Work cross-functionally with engineering, lab, quality, and clinical teams to launch new science products • Support operations by evaluating and triaging bioinformatics data underlying clinical variant calls • Oversee bioinformatics operations, including developing tools and methods to identify and track key metrics • Develop, maintain, and document clinical analytical validations

🎯 Requirements

• Masters with 5+ years of relevant experience or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience • Hands-on experience with analyzing DNA sequencing data • Coding and/or data analysis experience in Python • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges to drive tasks to completion • Subject matter knowledge in clinical genomics • Experience across multiple -omics technologies (e.g. WES, WGS, RNA-seq, proteomics) • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. CLIA/CAP, FDA)
