📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care through telehealth • Manage a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week • Conduct clinical intakes and assessments • Develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans • Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth • Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary team members • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR • Provide family education and care coordination • Deliver culturally responsive care recognizing each family's unique needs and experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills • Commitment to trauma-informed care • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency strongly preferred • Experience providing culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking families strongly preferred • Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00–9:00 PM EST; weekend availability is a plus
