📋 Description

• Conduct clinical intakes and assessments • Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans • Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth • Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary team members • Support parents and caregivers through education and care coordination • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR • Provide culturally responsive care considering each family’s language, culture, and unique needs

🎯 Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice • Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians strongly preferred • Availability typically weekday afternoons and evenings, 2–9 PM; weekend availability is a plus • Ability to build a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week
