📋 Description

• Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week • Deliver individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Oklahoma • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments • Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans • Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth • Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators • Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR • Support children and families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care • Create your own schedule while using employer-provided referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing

🎯 Requirements

• Active Oklahoma independent license (LPC or LCSW) • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a strong passion for serving this population • Ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care • Availability primarily on weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST); weekend availability welcomed • Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians strongly encouraged to apply
