📋 Description

• Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week • Deliver individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Delaware • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments • Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans • Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth • Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators • Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record • Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care • Create a personal schedule while using employer-provided referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing

🎯 Requirements

• Active Delaware independent clinical license appropriate for the role, such as an LCSW, LPCMH, or LMFT • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills • Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care • Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply • Availability primarily during weekday afternoons and evenings, 2:00–9:00 PM ET • Part-time availability for 15–22 telehealth sessions per week
