📋 Description
• Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together • Maintain timely documentation in our EHR • Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room
🎯 Requirements
• Active Illinois license: LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW • Experience with children, teens, and families • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
