📋 Description

• Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week • Deliver individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Kentucky • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments • Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans • Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators • Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) • Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care • Create a schedule while using provided referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing

🎯 Requirements

• Active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment • Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care • Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply • Availability primarily on weekday afternoons and evenings, 2:00–9:00 PM EST; weekend availability welcomed • Ability to provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week
