📋 Description
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) • Provide direct and consultative behavior analysis services • Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and implementation • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed • Complete documentation and progress reports • Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration • Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Active BCBA certification • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings (1 year minimum experience preferred) • Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs • Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication • Reliable transportation for in-person service delivery
