📋 Description

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for open roles • Source and hire quality candidates in accordance with employment laws, regulations, and the corporate code of conduct • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business needs • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process • Use job boards, social networks, and other platforms to source candidates • Create and post job descriptions and announcements • Maintain and build pipelines of active and passive candidates, hired employees, and other designations • Develop relationships with managers to understand departments, hiring needs, and job specifications • Support the development and implementation of recruitment process, communication, engagement, and feedback strategies aligned with global strategy • Stay current with recruiting and marketing trends and best practices • Participate in cross-collaboration projects • Support the employer branding team at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Knowledge of corporate code of conduct requirements • Experience using multiple recruiting sources, including job boards, social networks, and platforms • Ability to source quality candidates • Ability to create and post job descriptions and announcements • Ability to maintain and build candidate pipelines, including active and passive prospects • Ability to develop relationships with hiring managers and understand departmental hiring needs and job specifications • Awareness of recruiting and marketing trends and best practices
