📋 Description

• Analyze contracts for profit opportunities and determine access to higher pricing or tier levels • Collaborate with management, sales representatives and suppliers to complete contract activations and verification • Compile, review, complete, distribute and audit daily, weekly and monthly reports • Analyze business opportunities and processes, including GPO analysis and GPO Hunter database opportunities • Review opportunities for equipment chargebacks • Participate in special projects and perform other required duties • Compile and distribute manual chargeback details to suppliers • Analyze large negative-GP transactions and correct sell prices where applicable • Assist management with training new TSMs • Supervise non-exempt TSMs when the Supervisor and Manager are unavailable

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 4 or more years of related experience • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills • Strong Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI and Access skills • Knowledge of sales plans, contracts, GPOs and pricing • Strong analytical skills • Very detail oriented • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer • Excellent time management, attention to detail and accuracy • Customer service orientation and ability to resolve complex issues • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask • Ability to manage conflict and work effectively under pressure • Analytical thinking • Ability to oversee small to large-sized projects • Ability to identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities • Ability to establish productive working relationships at multiple organizational levels • Typically high school education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training; bachelor's degree preferred • Travel typically less than 10%
