📋 Description

• Provide repair services for all equipment in practitioners’ offices with a focus on excellent customer service • Provide installation services to customers as needed • Work independently and manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks • Troubleshoot technical problems, diagnose errors, and determine appropriate solutions • Make recommendations to optimize the customer experience • Maintain and manage inventory levels in the service van • Assist junior technicians with assignments as required • Produce timely and detailed service reports • Attend required technical and career development training • Communicate assignment progress to team members and HUB dispatchers • Complete work orders, review them with customers or responsible staff, close them daily, and submit them for billing • Submit job-related paperwork, including FDA forms, expense reports, and other required documents • Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Typically, 3 to 5 years of dental industry experience with demonstrated proficiency • Strong mechanical background • Customer service background • Must begin to cross certify (digital x-ray/software, digital CAD/CAM, etc.) • Intermediate knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems • Ability to lead installations • Ability to work well independently • Intermediate troubleshooting skills • Proven ability to work with confidential information • Ability to present preventative maintenance to customers • Independent self-starter • Intermediate computer skills • Interpersonal/communication skills • Proven ability to administer work orders, FSRs, Concur, eTime, RMA’s, and 2579 reporting accurately and on time • Typically, high school education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training; Associates degree or Technical School Certification is preferred • Ability to maneuver large equipment • Ability to perform substantial and/or repetitive bending, stopping, lifting, and climbing of ladders • Compliance with OSHA regulations and use of personal protective equipment when needed • Compliance with Fleet Management Policy, including maintenance and accident management policies
