📋 Description

• Install and service dental technology in practitioners’ offices • Provide courteous and professional repair and installation services to customers • Provide and maintain necessary tools for installation and repair services • Maintain and manage proper inventory levels in the service van • Attend required training • Comply with OSHA regulations and use personal protective equipment when needed • Communicate promptly with inside personnel and dispatchers • Educate customers on equipment care, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Complete work orders and submit job-related paperwork within required timeframes • Comply with Fleet Management Policy, including maintenance and accident management policies • Participate in special projects and perform other required duties • Meet company standards for work quantity and quality • Follow company policies, procedures, directives, and WorldWide Business Standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a customer-facing Field Technician • Previous dental experience preferred but not required • Ability to maneuver large equipment as needed • Ability to perform substantial and/or repetitive bending, stooping, and lifting • Ability to provide and maintain the necessary tools of the trade • Ability to maintain and manage proper inventory levels in a van • Attendance at all required training • Compliance with OSHA regulations • Ability to maintain and utilize personal protective equipment when needed • Full-time availability
