📋 Description

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution • Manage smaller projects or project segments and provide accurate status and progress updates • Identify and recommend maintenance and repair process improvements to senior staff and management • Develop job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards • Maintain and improve network performance and reliability • Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization of RAN activities • Troubleshoot equipment and network issues in planned and emergency scenarios • Implement disaster recovery protocols and contingency plans • Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management • Work independently across a wide area of sites in the Tulsa market and collaborate with teammates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred) • 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance • 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or other related experience • Basic operational knowledge of electronics and interconnecting circuits, including RF transmitters, antenna systems, AAV, fiber, microwave radio, AC-DC power systems, and AI • Practical knowledge of Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture, components, and operations (Required) • Experience with Nokia RAN technology is a plus • Understanding of wireless backhaul technologies and configurations, including microwave and fiber-based solutions (Required) • Licensed microwave and millimeter-wave wireless transport technology; Ceragon and Ericsson experience is a plus • Experience with or ability to learn RAN equipment and 5G NR standards (Required) • Working knowledge of base station equipment, installation, configuration, and maintenance (Required) • Ongoing training, certifications, and hands-on skill development (Required) • Familiarity with disaster recovery protocols and contingency plans (Required) • Network troubleshooting ability across hardware and software systems (Required) • Project management ability for field assignments (Required) • Hands-on technical support ability for internal teams and partners (Required) • Attention to detail (Required) • Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability (Required) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and similar productivity tools; understanding of Internet Protocol and willingness to use AI-driven tools (Required) • Ability to use fiber test, line, and antenna test equipment (Preferred) • Flexible hours, including day and night work, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation (Required) • Ability to lift 50–70 pounds and work outside in the elements (Required) • At least 21 years of age to operate a company-assigned vehicle • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Willingness and ability to travel within the market • DOT-regulated position
