📋 Description

• Perform hardware installation projects and related technical tasks according to work orders, project requirements, technical specifications, and company standards • Install, configure, modify, maintain, troubleshoot, and remove equipment • Perform onsite installation, calibration, testing, repair, maintenance, and system verification • Read and apply technical documentation, schematics, diagrams, manuals, and installation instructions • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and installation challenges; implement corrective actions or escalate issues • Coordinate with onsite personnel, project teams, customers, contractors, and internal departments • Participate in project planning, safety, operational, team, and training meetings • Complete service documentation, installation records, reports, expense submissions, and travel administration • Ensure tools, equipment, materials, and resources are available, operational, and maintained • Follow company procedures, customer requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations • Report non-standard conditions, safety concerns, delays, equipment issues, and project risks to management • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Meet project schedules, deadlines, travel requirements, and assigned commitments • Travel to customer and project sites to support installation, maintenance, and service operations • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Previous Field Service Technician experience • 3 years of experience as a Field Technician or similar position in installation and maintenance of multidisciplinary products (hardware and software) • Ability and knowledge to use power and hand tools, including a voltmeter and cable testers • Professional written and oral English communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing) • Availability and authorization to travel frequently within the state and/or out of the state
