📋 Description

• Provide user feedback on rental store deployment and end-customer user experience • Train customers onsite on proper safety and deployment • Build an applications database • Conduct onsite product sales demonstrations • Provide end-user feedback to Product Engineering • Work with the Service team to provide in-field support and equipment updates • Work with Assembly and Production teams as required • Work with Engineering on new product development and identifying new applications • Perform duties safely and effectively according to company policies and procedures • Safely operate ANA service vehicles • Communicate information and documents using a work computer and phone • Provide superior customer service • Maintain professional personal appearance • Update professional knowledge through constant study of ANA products • Help provide a positive team spirit daily • Travel up to 75% throughout North America • Perform other assigned duties • Implement and deploy ANA Hybrid Energy Systems • Provide basic product training and perform initial setup and installation • Perform full product service and sales training as required • Collect and document application information and load data using load monitoring devices • Stay at customer locations as required to understand applications, challenges, and pain points, feeding information back to Product Engineering • Provide successful and unsuccessful application, use-case, and hookup-scenario feedback to Product Development • Work with Sales to demonstrate Hybrid Energy Systems and provide application, performance, and customer feedback • Report to the Lead Applications Technician on the Energy Sales team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of generator experience required • 2+ years of electrical base knowledge required • Trade School graduate with engine and mechanical focus preferred • Trade School graduate with generator and electrical focus preferred • Associate degree preferred • 2+ years of Generator Job site Hookup preferred • 2+ years of experience in Construction, telecom and or event rental experience preferred • Must be based in the United States • Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% throughout North America and customer sites throughout the United States • Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical safety • Experience in diesel engines and power generation
