📋 Description

• Responsible for the strategy, roadmap and detail technical feature definition of one or more products. • Functions as a business and technical manager for assigned product(s). • Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas to manage and support all phases of marketing and product development for projects. • Researches the market and competitive environment in the effort to define a product vision that provides significant long-term advantage to targeted customers. • Aid/support the development and maintenance of portfolio pipeline/roadmap and opportunity pipeline. • Contributes and executes customer facing activities like VOC (voice of customer) and CCD (customer centered design). • Collaborates cross-functionally and with key internal/external stakeholders to participate in new product development (NPD) process. • Oversees all packaging design and labeling for responsible products, ensuring conformance to all regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. • Must be proficient in project management knowledge & skills • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Experience with product development, project management, sourcing and vendor negotiations • Possesses excellent public presentation skills both internal and external (customer-facing) • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional team(s) • Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations preferred • Technical background in product development preferred • Knowledge of the Dental market including the business of dentistry is preferred
