• Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program • Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices • Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections • Collect data via mobile app • Package full containers for shipment • Submit weekly activity reports via mobile app • Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies • Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed • Maintain inventory of inspection supplies • Maintain credentials required to provide service at client locations • Respond to customer assistance needs during off hours • Take on additional duties as assigned
• High-school diploma or equivalent (required) • Previous work experience (required) • Customer service setting experience (preferred) • Valid driver's license (required) • Reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required) • Ability to receive and maintain credentials for client locations • Ability to complete required training • Post-offer drug screen and background check required
