• Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and safe practices • Provide inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections • Collect data via mobile app • Package full containers for shipment • Submit weekly activity reports via mobile app • Work with the client to achieve program efficiencies • Complete project billing and cost tracking as needed • Maintain inventory of inspection supplies • Maintain credentials for service at client locations • Complete Arcwood-provided training • Respond to customers during off hours as needed • Take on additional duties to support the team and organization
• High-school diploma or equivalent • Previous work experience • Customer service setting experience preferred • Valid driver's license • Reliable transportation to drive between customer sites • Personal vehicle required • Ability to work approximately 20–25 hours per week • Ability to complete required training • Ability to receive and maintain credentials for client locations • Post-offer drug screen required • Background check required
