📋 Description
• Take ownership and responsibility for the cases assigned to you • Communicate regularly with clients throughout the course of their treatment • Coordinate with insurance companies and medical providers • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure excellent case management • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients • Gather, record, and organize documentation related to cases • Perform administrative tasks related to case management • Maintain organized records and case files
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Native Spanish speaker • Fluent English communication (written and spoken) • Computer literacy • 1+ year of experience in Personal Injury law • 1+ year of office work experience
