📋 Description

• Provide direct clinical support to patients undergoing medication abortion • Respond to patients’ medical questions and concerns • Deliver timely triage, clinical assessment, and patient-specific nursing guidance • Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based, trauma-informed, patient-centered care • Support patients through chat and virtual visits • Work 10-hour shifts on Friday and Sunday, plus one on-call shift outside scheduled hours • Engage in process improvement to refine care tools and operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN • BSN required • 1+ year of experience providing abortion and reproductive healthcare • Active RN state licensure in at least one listed state or a compact state license • Strong clinical assessment and triage skills • Ability to make sound real-time clinical decisions • Exceptional communication skills for chat and virtual visits • Ability to navigate clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and patient documentation • Skilled in online tools and technology for care delivery and patient communication • Experience providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care • Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion care • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment • Eager to engage in continuous process improvement • Spanish bilingual ability preferred
