📋 Description

• Assist management with evaluating delinquency percentages for the loan portfolio and maintenance fee account • Monitor team performance through auditing, identify opportunities, and provide feedback • Oversee collections staff quality assurance for compliance with policies, procedures, and state and federal law • Contact delinquent owners by telephone and mail to retrieve outstanding payments • Communicate company policies and procedures alongside collection tactics and practices • Assist collections staff with daily processes and procedures • Assist management with owner requests and complaints • Provide ongoing training and support, including bi-annual FDCPA certification for collections staff • Assist with coaching and development, team-building activities, recognition of high performers, and resolution of team issues or conflicts • Provide supervisor support during absences • Assist with special projects requested by management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or a related field (advantageous) • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience (advantageous) • Solid understanding of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA)
