📋 Description

• Persuade delinquent customers to establish repayment terms using a computer system and various collection software • Service delinquent accounts while achieving production goals and standards without sacrificing quality • Follow client operating standards and state and federal legal requirements and regulations regarding collections • Accurately and thoroughly note each account with efforts performed and results attained • Handle PCI data confidentially and securely • Work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with assigned shifts between 7am and 7pm • Complete three weeks of paid training • Work one late night per week and one Saturday per month • Remain visible on webcam at all times through CollabAI

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Debt Collections • High School Diploma/GED required • Must be 18 years of age or older • Authorized to work in the United States • Clean background check required • Negative drug test result required • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multi-task in a production-driven environment • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required • Comfortable navigating between multiple computer screens and systems • Personal PC or laptop running Windows 10 or newer; no Chromebooks, Macs, tablets, or cell phones • Computer must be 2019 or newer • 8 GB memory • One USB Type A 2.0 port • Logitech H390 headset • Internal or external webcam • Wired high-speed internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speed • Network latency maximum 250 MS • Home office with an Ethernet connection • Quiet workspace free of background noise and distractions • Private area acceptable for webcam use • Must remain visible on webcam through CollabAI • Availability Monday–Friday for 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7am and 7pm • Availability for one late night weekly and one Saturday monthly
