📋 Description

• Direct all HHS Environmental Service Programs throughout the duration of the shift • Lead and develop a high-performing EVS team across multiple locations in the St. Louis area • Foster a positive, productive, and rewarding work environment built on teamwork, respect, and accountability • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are consistently met across assigned facilities • Conduct regular facility inspections and implement action plans to address opportunities for improvement • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to support operational excellence • Collaborate with facility leaders, department heads, and HHS leadership to achieve performance goals • Monitor customer and patient satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the overall experience • Analyze operational data and make informed decisions to support facility, budget, and compliance goals • Develop, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and operational budgets • Ensure compliance with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other applicable health and safety regulations • Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to EVS teams across assigned locations • Travel extensively between facilities to support operations and team development

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing salaried and hourly employees • Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to build relationships with employees, facility leaders, and clients • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and other computer software • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed • Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required • Willingness to relocate for future career advancement opportunities • Experience managing Environmental Services or housekeeping operations in a healthcare setting preferred • Familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements preferred • Bilingual communication skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus • Experience managing multiple locations or teams preferred • Knowledge of quality assurance programs, labor management, and operational budgets preferred • Veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply
