📋 Description

• Partner with department leads within 21GRAMS and Room42 to drive operational change • Translate leadership vision and priorities into clear, actionable plans • Facilitate alignment across departments and ensure teams are included in change processes • Orchestrate change initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption, and long-term reinforcement • Build project plans, timelines, and milestones and hold teams accountable • Monitor initiatives, troubleshoot obstacles, course-correct, and establish feedback loops • Improve agency staffing, project scoping, creative processes, and flow of work • Identify bottlenecks, confusion, and inconsistency and design practical solutions • Ensure new processes and tools, including AI and other technology, are documented and adopted • Communicate plans, decisions, and changes across departments • Represent leadership and escalate risks, roadblocks, and team concerns • Monitor adoption and adjust pacing, support, and communication as needed • Champion continuous improvement, empathy, and teamwork • Measure and report the impact of change initiatives using team feedback and operational data • Equip department leads to sustain new ways of working independently

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience • 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, change management, program or project management, or organizational effectiveness within an agency, consulting, or professional services environment • Minimum 3+ years leading cross-functional change initiatives or operational programs • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior department leaders across Account, Strategy, Creative, or Project Management • Track record of implementing initiatives that measurably changed how teams work and sustaining that change over time • Strong understanding of agency operating models • Familiarity with staffing, scoping, and creative workflow processes within an agency environment • Proficiency with project and program management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or equivalent • Comfort evaluating AI tools and agents to improve team efficiency • Confident and polished communication skills • Empathetic listening, facilitation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to earn trust across departments without direct authority • Ability to hold teams accountable while remaining open to feedback • Preferred: working knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter's model • Preferred: experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences advertising or communications agency environment • Preferred: formal change management certification such as Prosci or ADKAR, or equivalent • Preferred: experience partnering with internal production or studio functions similar to Room42 • Preferred: background in process improvement, organizational design, or agency operations • Preferred: experience supporting new business transitions, account restructuring, or large-scale operational rollouts
