📋 Description

• Lead strategic, operational, and analytical consulting engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturers • Serve as a subject matter expert in the pharmaceutical supply chain and 340B Drug Pricing Program • Monitor and communicate regulatory developments, industry trends, and marketplace changes affecting the 340B Drug Pricing Program • Develop 340B growth and duplicate discount analyses and financial models using transactional or healthcare claims data • Use relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop 340B solutions and analyses • Lead small- to medium-sized engagements and discrete segments of larger projects • Prepare reports and presentations communicating 340B strategies, insights, findings, and recommendations • Perform data quality checks, identify anomalies, and ensure work-product accuracy • Prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines in a team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Undergraduate level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, healthcare policy or data analysis • Understanding of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and different healthcare payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers • 10+ years of work experience • Strong technical skills and ability to independently execute complex data analytics in at least one programming language, such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, Stata, or R • Interest in growing technical skills and training others • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to producing high-quality analysis and attention to detail • Knowledge of the different players in the 340B Drug Pricing Program and the pharmaceutical supply chain • Valid US work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require visa sponsorship
