📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and the team delivering them • Serve as senior client point of contact and own net revenue retention, renewals, expansion, and revenue at risk • Lead campaign delivery across the portfolio, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery against KPIs • Own Campaign Manager performance, standards, development, resourcing, and workload • Manage gross profit margin, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and cost management • Map client stakeholders and own communications • Set account strategy, expansion cases, and renewal plans • Own commercial terms, scope, budgets, executive reporting, QBRs, and EBRs • Manage account risk and escalate complex campaign and influencer issues • Set production standards for casting, negotiation, briefing workflows, and escalation • Set influencer strategy, including casting direction, negotiation, rates, and re-engagement of high performers • Lead post-campaign analysis, internal post-mortems, and PCA decks • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and Strategy • Represent campaign delivery at a senior internal level • Feed client needs, pain points, and feature requests back to Product • Report to the Chief Strategy Officer

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years in influencer marketing, covering casting and production • Strong platform fluency • Senior ownership of $500,000+ accounts with multiple stakeholders and workstreams • Demonstrated responsibility for net revenue retention on major client relationships • Track record leading, managing, and developing teams • Commercial sharpness, including agency economics, margin, and resourcing • Operational strength to build systems rather than workarounds • Real use of AI in own work • Clear communication at every level • High standards with low ego • EST-based availability • Right to work in the given location; visa and sponsorship status disclosed as applicable
