📋 Description

• Own interactive customer training across virtual and in-person formats • Deliver hands-on in-person training at customer facilities • Lead virtual training sessions for remote customers • Identify training needs and customize materials with the Training Content Lead • Stay current with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams so training reflects current platform capabilities • Monitor customer progress, adjust delivery in real time, and provide follow-up guidance • Gather post-session feedback and improve the training approach • Collaborate with the Director of Training and Support, Training Content Lead, and internal subject matter experts

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of direct customer training experience for a highly technical enterprise software solution • Experience training customers on complex, technical software • Modeling or BIM software experience is a strong plus • High EQ and strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Proven experience delivering both in-person and virtual classroom-style training • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer locations across the US • Ability to customize training materials for different customers and audiences • Adaptable, resourceful approach and passion for helping others learn • Proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and training materials is a major plus • Required BIM experience information in application form
