• Preparing and submitting grant and rebate documents and applications • Coordinating with internal departments to gather required information • Engaging with state agencies and utilities to clarify program details and maintain strong relationships • Assisting with monitoring awards, ensuring ongoing reporting and documentation are completed accurately • Serving as a resource to the Market Development team on special projects related to state and utility incentives
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Self-motivated: proactively assume responsibilities, with ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to collaborate across departments within the company • Excellent communication skills • Excellent analytical skills • Interest or prior knowledge of electric vehicles, transportation, and/or energy a plus
