📋 Description

• Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions with patients on caseload, appropriately and timely documenting the sessions • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans. regularly assess and document patient progress toward their goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and enhanced overall well-being. • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to individuals, incorporating various directive modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other eclectic therapeutic approaches. • Experience with or willing to learn Ketamine assisted psychotherapy • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals- including psychiatrists, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical services in the electronic health record in accordance with regulatory standards. • Operate within the core values of respect and care for others. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field • Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) • Bi-lingual preferred • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, emphasizing program specific assessment, risk assessment, and outcome measures. • Expert clinical engagement skills with patients and supports • Commitment to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality • Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
