📋 Description

• Own Hightouch's real-time products within Customer Data Infrastructure • Drive product decisions across Events, Real-Time Evaluation, and Personalization API • Drive roadmap and execution across the Real-Time suite • Build product specifications and turn them into shipped products • Partner with engineering on architecture and scaling decisions • Represent the Real-Time suite to major enterprise brands • Own competitive research and customer evidence • Shape strategy and positioning for real-time products across Hightouch

🎯 Requirements

• Technical depth in systems design, architecture, and scaling tradeoffs • Experience shipping real product in a technical domain such as data platforms, events, distributed systems, identity, or cross-product platforms • Customer-focused product judgment, including distinguishing customer needs from requests • Ability to judge work by outcomes • Clear writing and ability to synthesize complex information for engineers, customers, and executives • Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and domains quickly • Ability to work with engineering on architecture and scaling decisions • Ability to partner with go-to-market counterparts and support pipeline • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; eligibility is verified post-hire through E-Verify
