📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision for Hijack Poker and TCH in-venue experiences • Set the 12–24 month product strategy aligned with business objectives and TCH’s hospitality mission • Build, mentor, and lead the product team • Foster data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for digital and in-venue initiatives • Prioritize initiatives around business impact while balancing acquisition, retention, technical debt, payments infrastructure, guest experience, and competition • Partner with Design, Engineering, and Hospitality teams to create seamless digital and in-venue experiences • Oversee A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and feedback loops • Define and optimize player rewards and loyalty program strategy • Own guest onboarding from awareness through first session and ongoing retention • Maintain market intelligence on online poker, competition, regulations, hospitality trends, and player behavior • Define and optimize monetization strategies, rake structures, tournament formats, promotional mechanics, and VIP programs • Track unit economics and lifetime value by player cohort • Work with Engineering leadership to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and optimization • Manage technical debt decisions and feature-complexity trade-offs • Oversee product launches, marketing integration, and post-launch optimization • Own KPIs including engagement, retention, churn, and revenue • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, Finance, Compliance, and Operations • Bridge digital and in-venue teams • Define success metrics and establish data infrastructure to measure product health • Make data-driven feature-prioritization and business-strategy decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (Lead, Principal PM, Director, VP) • Proven success shipping and scaling mobile or web gaming products, ideally multiplayer or social games • Strong background in monetization strategy, user acquisition, and retention optimization • Deep understanding of mobile app development, UX design, and Agile/Lean methodologies • Experience building and scaling high-performing product teams • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Comfort navigating regulated environments (gaming, financial services, or similar) • Preferred: Direct experience with online poker, casino gaming, or skill-based gaming platforms • Preferred: Background in hospitality, venue operations, or omnichannel retail/gaming experiences • Preferred: Track record scaling a platform from launch to sustained profitability • Preferred: Knowledge of payment processing systems, compliance requirements, and fraud prevention • Preferred: Experience with loyalty programs, rewards mechanics, and customer lifecycle optimization • Preferred: Experience with growth modeling, cohort analysis, and experimentation platforms • Preferred: Passion for poker, gaming culture, and competitive online play
