📋 Description

• Design and implement business workflows using the Flowable BPMN engine • Develop and maintain BPMN, DMN, and CMMN process models • Build custom workflow applications and services using Java/Spring Boot • Integrate Flowable with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms • Configure task management, approval flows, notifications, and escalation logic • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow solutions • Troubleshoot workflow execution issues and optimize process performance • Develop automated tests and support CI/CD deployment pipelines • Maintain workflow documentation and technical specifications • Participate in architecture reviews and recommend BPM best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience • Hands-on experience with Flowable BPM • Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 • DMN • Workflow orchestration • Process automation concepts • Experience with Java • Spring Boot • REST APIs • SQL databases • Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) • Experience integrating enterprise systems and APIs • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Previous experience with Camunda, Activiti, or other BPM platforms • Agile/Scrum experience • React or Angular frontend experience • DevOps and CI/CD pipeline knowledge • Workflow analytics and monitoring • Low-code/no-code automation experience.
