• Deliver complex software modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs • Manage multi-team engagements with large budgets • Collaborate with public sector stakeholders • Oversee project delivery with scope, schedule, budget management • Lead customer-facing program initiatives
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder ONLY • 8+ years of experience delivering complex software modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs • Proven experience managing multi-team engagements with budgets exceeding $3M • Public sector or state government project delivery experience • Strong experience with: Program delivery, scope, schedule, and budget management • SOWs, LOEs, change orders, and contract management • Risk management and executive stakeholder communications • Cross-functional dependency management • Technical understanding of application modernization, .NET migrations, cloud platforms, and database conversion projects • Experience serving as the primary customer-facing program lead • Preferred: AWS ProServe, AWS partner, or large-scale AWS transformation program experience • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.
