📋 Description

• Collect and organize information for user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, customer deliverables, and other documents. • Support financial and administrative tasks. • Prepare and maintain systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods. • Maintain a current internal documentation library. • Provide or coordinate special documentation services as required. • Collaborate virtually with the Task Order Project Manager, Requirements Analysts, Scrum Master, Developers, Testers, and Government stakeholders. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support government development activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance Required • Seven (7) years of relevant experience. • Must have experience with MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, and PowerPoint. • Experience working with the DOW Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA). • Experience in Agile Methodologies. • Ability to maintain a secure remote workspace. • Ability to use government-approved systems and security controls. • Compliance with cybersecurity and data protection requirements, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). • Regular availability during standard business hours.
