📋 Description

• Scope and design Appian solutions with senior leaders to meet client expectations and business needs • Lead scrum teams to deliver solutions on time using Agile methodology • Develop software solutions as a member of a software delivery team • Mentor and develop Junior Appian Developers • Maintain technical knowledge • Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required • CompTIA Security+ certification required by the first day of employment; candidates may obtain it after the interview process but must complete it before their start date • 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian • 4–6 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred) • Previous experience with databases and system integration • Experience in an Agile environment • Advanced database knowledge, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and explain plans • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science • Appian Level 2 certification, Scrum training, SQL, performance tools, and automation testing are listed as stand-out qualifications • Experience in requirements discovery, data modeling, and design/build of BPM applications • Experience architecting small-scale projects, including plugins and external systems/APIs • Code review, refactoring, scalability assessment, and technical guideline development experience • Mentorship skills and good communication
