📋 Description

• Market and promote PrimeLending’s financial products • Handle loan volume as directed by team loan originators in a timely and efficient manner • Develop working knowledge of company products and private and government-insured mortgage guidelines • Monitor customer interactions and interface with all parties involved in loans from application to closing • Counsel and pre-qualify potential home buyers • Collect and analyze customer income, assets, investments, and debts • Schedule appointments with potential customers for team loan originators • Obtain support documents and fees, collect additional documentation, and communicate loan status to interested parties • Obtain remaining or uncollected loan documentation after closing • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers • Stay current on rules and regulations for private and government-insured mortgages • Maintain a professional image and comply with company policies and procedures • Meet customer service standards and perform other functions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and appropriate licenses as required by state • One to two years of sales or mortgage banking experience preferred • Valid driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance • Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills • Ability to quickly assess and process large amounts of information • Ability to use designated technology and required origination technology • Ongoing knowledge of issues influencing the mortgage industry and organization • Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize workload based on loan volume • Proficiency with office equipment • Ability to maintain confidentiality of borrower and company information
