📋 Description

• Develop Python-based ETL pipelines to create reports and tools • Author complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, aggregation, and reporting • Build Excel-based financial and operational tools using VBA, macros, custom functions, PivotTable automation, and Power Query integration • Integrate with RESTful APIs using secure authentication and credential storage • Profile pipeline performance and enhance Python code and SQL execution plans • Document ETL processes and data models and maintain a centralized data catalog • Partner with RMCC, Analytics, BI, and Commercial Services teams to translate use cases into scalable data products • Mentor junior analysts and developers in Python, SQL, and VBA best practices and lead knowledge-sharing workshops • Advise business and technical partners on analytics best practices and data-product adoption • Define and measure performance metrics and evaluate data-product impact • Architect performance-outlook dashboards and self-service reporting tools • Develop CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of analytics data products • Design star/snowflake data models to support reporting • Ensure compliance with security and data-governance policies, including secure credential management and access controls

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) years of professional experience in analytics/data-engineering roles • Experience authoring complex SQL using Redshift, SQL Server, or MySQL and stored procedures • Two (2) years of coding development experience with macros, automation, and PivotTables • Proficiency in Python, including ETL frameworks, pandas, and NumPy • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and functions • Experience eliciting requirements for KPI frameworks and reporting structures • Ability to transform business inputs into data stories and dashboard architectures that optimize operational performance • Willingness to travel up to 10% • Understanding of data-modeling principles, including star/snowflake schemas • Experience in cross-functional project management and requirements translation • Experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Alteryx, or Power BI • Experience with Airtable, Salesforce, GitLab, and Power Automate • Front-end website development experience
